The Healthy Ego Reiki attunement helps to harmonize the Ego with Higher Consciousness and Spirit. So often, you hear only negative aspects of the Ego. However, the Ego has a purpose and it brings everything into perspective when it is in harmony with the Higher Self and Spirit. Many people work very hard to remove the Ego aspect from their lives, but you cannot remove it - so why not work in harmony with Ego issues for Higher purposes?

When the Ego is out of balance, it is not in harmony with your Higher Consciousness, and can cause emotional outbursts, keep you stuck and prevent you from moving forward in your life, and cause chaos. Working with the Ego to heal, to balance and harmonize it with the Higher Self puts the Ego in perspective and can actually aid your ascension.

The Ego is not the enemy, but it must be in harmony with Higher energies in order to help you achieve your goals and to live your life to the fullest potential.
